Q: When Are You Open?

  • We are an online shop and therefore open 24hrs per day.

Q: How do I make an order?

  • You can order online through the SHOP NOW button on the home page.

Q: How will I get my order?

  • Click & Collect' within 1-2 Days

  • 'Local Delivery Service' within 1-2 Days

Q: When can I collect?

  • When you 'Click & Collect', this should be available in 1-2 working day if it is booked before the cut-off time. Collection times need to be booked in advance.

Q: When will you deliver my order?

  • We aim to deliver local delivery orders 1-2 days after receiving them.

Q: Is there a minimum order value?

  • No there is no minimum order value for 'Click & Collect'.

  • But for 'Local Delivery' there is a minimum order value of £19.

Q: What are your payment methods?

  • We accept most major credit/debit cards through our online store. But we do offer payment on collection via cash or credit/debit if agreed in advance via Facebook messenger, Instagram,whatsapp,Sms or phone call.

Q: Can I come to your premises and browse?

  • Unfortunately not. Whilst we are able to offer a 'Click & Collect' & Local Delivery services, we are unable to allow customers to browse at this moment in time.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

  • As long as the goods have not left the premises we should be able to change or cancel the order.

Q: Can I return or exchange items?

  • We only offer a return or exchange on items if they are deemed to be not fit for purpose.

Q: How far out can I place an order?

  •  All orders should be fulfilled (Delivered/Collected) within 48-72hrs). The reason is that we cannot hold on to orders longer than this as they take up valuable storage space.

Q: Why do I need to put my phone number in the order?

  • This is because we have discovered that emails often end up in Junk folders and we have found that texts/calls to our customers are the easiest and most reliable way to arrange delivery/collection.

WAG & WALK (Dog Walking) - FAQ

Q: What areas do you cover?

  • We cover our local area. Message us your postcode and we’ll confirm availability.

Q: What are your service hours?

  • Monday–Friday, 10:00-20:00.

  • Saturday, 10:00-14:00

Q: What walking services do you offer and how much do they cost?

  • Standard Rates (60‑minute walks)
  • Private Solo Walk (1 dog) — £18
  • A one‑to‑one, fully tailored walk with focused attention. Ideal for dogs who benefit from a calmer, more structured experience.

  • Group Walk — £16 (+£8 for an additional dog from the same household)
  • A structured group walk for friendly, social dogs. A great choice for regular exercise, enrichment and routine in a well‑managed setting.
  • ​
  • Private Walk (2 dogs from the same household) — £27
  • Two dogs walked together privately from the same home — tailored to your dogs, their pace and their needs.

Q: Do you offer recurring weekly walks?

  • Yes—recurring weekly or fortnightly slots are available (subject to availability).

Q: How many dogs are on a group walk?

  • Up to 4 dogs, where suitable.

Q: Will I get updates from walks?

  • Yes—photo updates can be provided. 

Q: Is my dog suitable for group walks?

  • We’ll assess suitability based on behaviour, recall, sociability and safety.

Q: How do I book/cancel?

  • No—we do not offer agility training.
